Beware of Internet
sites selling our products. Many of our legitimate
retailers maintain websites and will sell our products out of
their local market, provided you have no local dealer.
The one thing they all have in common is that they will always
check with us prior to shipping to ensure that adequate
provisions have been made to provide after-the-sale support.
Beware of any
websites offering our products on a point-and-click basis.
We have documented cases of many of these websites selling used
products as new. Products purchased through
unauthorized retailers will have no U.S. warranty, and, as is
the case with the used products, may
have no warranty even if returned to the overseas manufacturer.
Many of these sites claim to provide their own warranty service
- but please keep in mind, that many of today's sophisticated
products require specialized parts that are not available
off-the-shelf.
If the deal looks
too good to be true, it probably is. If you have questions

find better prices than those offered on our
